Ramsgate's Remarkable Residents

In 2019 we cemented our relationship with Historic England and furthered our partnerships with local schools by delivering a series of local history workshops with Priory Infants and Christchurch Primary; and supporting them to set up successful afterschool history clubs. As usual we involved as many local organisations as possible, including the RNLI, to raise their profile within the community too. This was a second Discovery Planet project involving heritage, and confirms our ability to bring local history to life in creative and engaging ways.
